Call for Abstract

Abstract Submission Period

Monday, March 3, 2025 -  Monday, May 12, 2025 (Japan Standard Time)

To submit an abstract, click the "Abstract submission form" button, fill in the necessary information in the [Abstract submission form], and send it to the secretariat by email.

• The submission format will be a oral & poster presentation.
  Depending on the secretariat's decision, the presentation style (oral or poster) may be changed
• The decision to accept or reject a presentation will be left to the discretion of the chairperson.
• All presentations should be in English.
• You will be notified of the decision on whether your presentation is accepted or not by email, so please be sure not to change your email address or reject of receiving emails.
• Please attach the abstract submission form in Word format to your email.

• Please fill in every blank with specified character format: font style: Century; font size: 9 pt .
• Subject category　 ※Please select the subject category below
• Abstract title maximum length: 30 words including spaces
• The maximum length of the abstract is 500 words including spaces.
