Online Registration

Our meeting holding format has been changed from Hybrid to Virtual.
Prior to accessing to the Virtual Meeting Platform, register online and issue Registration ID (e-mail address) and password.

Registration Fee

Member/Non-member: JPY 12,000
Resident: JPY 2,000
*Registration Fee includes an access to Live and On-demand streaming of congress programs.

after completing on-line registration, via email to congress secretariat

Registration Deadline

Noon, June 30, 2021(JST), Online Registration and On-demand Streaming has been closed.

Payment

All payments are to be made in Japanese yen.
We only accept the payment by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express,).
After online registration you will receive an e-mail of payment confirmation with ID and password for streaming service of congress program.

Certificate of attendance / Receipt / Program

*Certificate of attendance and receipt for the registration fee will be available in the Virtual Meeting Platform.
*Congress Program is available from official congress website: http://e-stepinc.com/jshbps33/en/index.html
Please note that the contents of the program are based on Hybrid meeting format before sudden change to virtual meeting format.

Cancellation / Refund

No refund for cancellation after registration completion.
