Travel Grant is eligible for young surgeons or surgical residents (age 40 and under at the time of abstract submission) who are currently working or training outside of Japan.

Award: JPY70,000
Congress Registration Fee: waived

Eligibility

1. Young surgeons or surgical residents (age 40 and under at the time of abstract submission) who are currently working or training outside of Japan.
2. One abstract per applicant must be submitted.

Application

Fill in the "Travel Grant Application form" and send it with CV to the Congress Secretariat via e-mail (jshbps33@e-stepinc.com). As for abstracts, please submit via Submission System. See Call for Abstracts for abstract preparation and submission.

Notes

1. Application documents, abstract and presentation materials should be all in English.
2. Applicants should handle their own visa application on their own responsibility if they need it to enter Japan,
